په دایکندي ولایت کې د سرحدونو، قومونو او قبایلو چارو آمر حافظ محب الله سجاد د یاد ولایت له متنفذینو او قومي مخورو سره د یاد آمریت د غونډو په تالار کې ناسته تر سره کړه

د غونډې په پیل کې ښاغلي ساجد د حاضرینو قدرداني وکړه، د هغوی ستونزې یې واوریدلې. نوموړي قومي مشران یووالي ته را وبلل او د خلکو تر منځ د شخړو په حل یې ټينګار وکړ.

د قومي مشرانو په استازیتوب څو تنو قومي متنفذینو مسؤلینو ته ډاډ ورکړ او زیاته یې کړه چې د دغه ولایت قومونه یو له بل سره د وروڼو په څېر ژوند کوي.
