په کاپیسا ولایت کې د کرنې اوبو لګولو او مالداري ریاست، د سرحدونو، قومونو او قبایلو چارو له آمريت سره په همغږۍ د کوچیانو څارویو ته د کانګو او نورو حیواني ناروغیو د مخنیوي په پار درمل وویشل او عملاً یې د مسؤلو ډاکټرانو له لوري د یاد ولایت اړوند لرې پرتو سیمو کې د تطبیق کمپاین پیل شو.

په دغه کمپاین کې به د کوچيانو زرګونه څارویو ته د کانګو په شمول د بیلابیلو حیواني ناروغیو واکسینونه او درمل تطبیق شي. چې له امله به یې د حیواناتو د ضایع کېدو مخنیوی او د حیواني ناروغیو د پراختیا مخه ونیول شي.
